Job Description
A Customer Service Representative position with Czech language knowledge is open at our multinational partner who has a continuously growing shared service centre and looking for energetic and talented people.
The company offers multinational working environment and the possibility to use the language knowledge on a daily basis.
The responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative are keeping the contact with the customers and with the partners of the company via phone and email. As a Customer Service Agent you will provide a world class customer service, manage customer claims and effectively resolve the appearing problems. Beside these responsibilities you also will have administrative tasks, such as managing the customer’s account, register and manage all the changes in SAP.
The ideal candidate speaks fluent Czech, but the knowledge of Slovakian and English is an advantage. Good communication skills, customer-focused attitude and problem solving skills are also required.
