Full-Time Czech Speaking IT Service Desk Technician

Job Description

Provide IT Support to Employees including;
  • Hardware Support for Desktop PC
  • Software Support for Desktop PC
  • Rebuilding and Reconfiguration of PC’s
  • Application Support for MS Office Suite
  • Operate Help Desk and provide over the phone support
Special Conditions of the Assignment:
  • Hours work will vary between 7am to 6pm (a normal 8 hour day will apply, however, starting and finishing times may need to be staggered on a rotational roster)
  • Travel to other Hatch Sites for assignments
  • On Call duties may apply
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and repair all forms of PC related problems
  • Well-developed communication both written and oral skills
  • Ability to function well in a team environment
  • Strong customer focus
  • Willingness to learn and undertake formal qualifications
  • Good people/negotiation skills
  • Any Microsoft Certification or ITIL is big advantage
  • A+ Certification
  • Any previous experience with Computer Support or Administration
  • Customer related skills experience
  • Czech speaking both oral and written is a plus
