Full-Time Czech Speaking IT Service Desk Technician
Job Description
Provide IT Support to Employees including;
- Hardware Support for Desktop PC
- Software Support for Desktop PC
- Rebuilding and Reconfiguration of PC’s
- Application Support for MS Office Suite
- Operate Help Desk and provide over the phone support
Special Conditions of the Assignment:
- Hours work will vary between 7am to 6pm (a normal 8 hour day will apply, however, starting and finishing times may need to be staggered on a rotational roster)
- Travel to other Hatch Sites for assignments
- On Call duties may apply
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and repair all forms of PC related problems
- Well-developed communication both written and oral skills
- Ability to function well in a team environment
- Strong customer focus
- Willingness to learn and undertake formal qualifications
- Good people/negotiation skills
- Any Microsoft Certification or ITIL is big advantage
- A+ Certification
- Any previous experience with Computer Support or Administration
- Customer related skills experience
- Czech speaking both oral and written is a plus
