DANISH + ENGLISH SPEAKER IT SOLUTIONS CONSULTANT

START OF WORK: ASAP
PLACE OF WORK: Budaörs (20 minutes by bus from the heart of Budapest)
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Successfully resolve issues regarding system errors or access problems and respond to customer related questions via telephone, email or voicemail
– Successfully complete all required trainings to increase job performance
– 100% adherence to schedule
PROFESSIONAL & PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS:
– Secondary School degree, University/College degree is advantage (and/or equivalent experience)
– General IT knowledge (ECDL).
COMPETENCIES NEEDED:
– Strong problem solving and communication skills
– Flexibility and open-mindedness
– Team player attitude
– Accuracy, keeping the deadlines
– Ability to work under pressure
– Multitasking
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
– Excellent command of written and oral ENGLISH and DANISH languages
