Dutch speaking Customer Service Specialist jobs are open at our multinational partner who has a continuously growing business service centre in Budapest downtown, providing a global support with expertise in various areas.

Your new role
The responsibilities of the Customer Service Specialist are liaising with the customers and with the partners of the company via phone and through email communication. As a Customer Service Representative you will provide a word class customer service, manage customer claims, answer all their questions and effectively resolve the appearing problems. Your tasks will contain administrative tasks, such as managing the customer’s account, register and manage all the changes in the system.

What you’ll need to succeed
In order to successfully fulfil this role, you need to have fluent Dutch and at least communication level of English knowledge. Experience in a similar role is a great advantage, but freshly graduated candidates are also encouraged to apply.
