Dutch Speaker Service Desk Agent!
YOUR TASKS:
Providing first line IT support for end users in scope of the IT Global Service Desk.
– The Service Desk Level 1 Agents are the first point of contact for End Users seeking technical assistance and/or support for all IT related hardware, network, printing, mobile device, websites and application issues.
– You provide technical support over the phone, on-line web submit form, email, voicemail and chat sessions and are responsible to answer enquiries, troubleshoot problems, provide information and handle complaints.
– You will have the chance to learn about the following technologies: Passwords and authentication, blackberry, backup/restore of files and folders, WIN servers, AD, Lotus Notes, Cisco
REQUIREMENTS:
– Excellent command of written and verbal English and Dutch
– General IT knowledge (ECDL).
– Strong problem solving and communications skills
– Multitasking
– Friendly presence and helpful attitude; good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others.
