As a Client Service Representative you will:

• Be the first point of contact for customers, by receiving and handling phone calls and e-mails.
• Provide information about the service
• Answer client questions
• Monitor, resolve, and report all customer problems
• Work with other business team members
• Use basic computer skills

The ideal candidate:

• Fluent in Dutch and English both in written and spoken
• Has excellent customer handling skills
• Able and willing to work in shifts
• EU citizenship is essential for the application
