Position: Dutch Speaking Order Management Specialist
Location: Fót (commuting allowance upon travelling policy or company shuttle bus usage for free)
Job Description:
The Order Management Specialist position with fluent Dutch and English knowledge is open at one of our prestigious multinational client, operating a newly established but one of the biggest Business Service Centre in Hungary.
Duties:
The primary aim of the Order Management Specialist position is to support the sales process and to keep contact with suppliers and purchasers with monitoring the end-to-end process of shipping. You will handle incoming orders and manage key accounts and regions as well as interfere with other departments such as distributers, dealers, supply chain and engineering. It is also critical to provide exceptional customer service to web and catalogue customers.
Requirement:
- College or University degree
- 1 year experience in commercial support position (ex. procurement, order management, sales support, or customer service.)
- You must have proficient IT skills including excel and outlook.
- Able to speak Dutch and English fluently
- Proactive Personality
