Job Description
Dutch Speaking Service Desk Agent role is open at our multinational client who is providing IT infrastructure services to its clients and is starting up a new operation in Hungary.
The aim of the Dutch Speaking Service Desk Agent is to provide first level IT support to the assigned clients and ensure high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent customer service. The responsibilities of the Dutch Speaking Service Desk Agent are as follows:
– Perform technical support to end users as a single point of contact by e-mail or phone
– Take ownership of resolving and closing incidents in a timely manner
– Escalate client issue as appropriate
– Back up other Service Desk Agents in their absence within the team
– Undertake ad hoc projects
In order to be considered as an ideal candidate for the Dutch Speaking Service Desk Agent role you should have excellent customer service, communication and problem solving skills. For a successful application, fluency in both English AND Dutch is required. Similar experience is an advantage, but not a requirement, fresh graduates are also welcome.
