Job Description

Main responsibilities:
 Respond to all incoming Customer calls
 Accurately log Customer queries in query logging system
 Follow up overdue payments by initiating outgoing calls to Customers and the Sales team
 Investigate invoicing queries with internal contacts to prevent and resolve overdue issues
 Manage a portfolio of accounts
 Weekly analysis, reporting and follow-up of overdue accounts
 Participate in a monthly teleconference with in-country Sales team / Credit Team to review overdue accounts
