Full-Time Dutch Speaking Supply Management System Expert
Job Description
Main responsibilities:
Respond to all incoming Customer calls
Accurately log Customer queries in query logging system
Follow up overdue payments by initiating outgoing calls to Customers and the Sales team
Investigate invoicing queries with internal contacts to prevent and resolve overdue issues
Manage a portfolio of accounts
Weekly analysis, reporting and follow-up of overdue accounts
Participate in a monthly teleconference with in-country Sales team / Credit Team to review overdue accounts
