Job Description

We are currently looking for a number of Dutch and English speaking Graduates. This is for a customer support role we have with one of our prestigious clients in Budapest. This is a very highly paid job with a paid training provided for right candidates.

We are looking for someone with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. He/she must be experienced with Voice cal handling, Email handling and technical knowledge around computers.

Responsibilities include:
Incident handling and resolutions
Incident Ticket handling
Desktop/Laptop support
Manage customers’ expectations etc

We are looking for someone who could take the interview and join immediately where possible.
