Full-Time E-Commerce Manager (Marketing)
Job Description
Overall responsibility
The E-Commerce Manager will report to the Head of Marketing, Sales & Communications and will be responsible for driving marketing best practice and innovation in company’s e-commerce activities.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement ideas to increase the number of visitors, conversion and cross-sell
- Ensure best user experience.
- Edit and update content in all language variants ensuring that all offer descriptions are accurate and up to date
- Work with SEO, analytic tools and multi-variant testing to ensure best effectiveness
- Develop and implement marketing automation, including database segmentation for targeted marketing campaigns based on customer insight and segment migration opportunities
- Work closely across all functional teams in the business to optimize e-commerce performance
Requirements:
- Finalized University or College degree
- Minimum 3-5 years marketing experience in online and e-commerce
- Fluent spoken / written English
- Hard worker, details oriented, striving for accuracy, keeping deadlines
- Consumer insight focused, analytical thinker
- Fully up to date and passionate about digital media
- Highly resourceful, flexible and creative in solving problems
- Confident in defending his/her opinions
- Able to manage and prioritize many tasks simultaneously
- Strong project management skills
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in cross functional teams
- Good understanding of business KPIs but also strong drive to understand the consumer behavior and creativity
- Proactive mentality
