QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for a new team member for Hungary’s first and only complaint platform for PANASZOK who has;
Bachelor’s degree in; Hungarian Literature and Language, Communications or similar fields,
Advenced skills in Hungarian,
Knowledge in Ms Office,
2 years writing / editing experience,
Affinity for e-commerce / web sites,
Ability to be self-directed and effective working independently, yet equally comfortable contributing in a team environment,
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills,
Personal initiative, flexibility, intellectual curiosity,
JOB DESCRIPTION
Will be responsible for writing articles and descriptions for panaszok.com – correction and publication of complaints in the system in accordance with grammar and spelling rules in perfect Hungarian. Talking on the phone with some members as needed.
