Purpose:
- To participate in the respective leadership team, to support the decision making processes by ensuring that all business decisions are underpinned by robust, timely financial analysis
- To support short, medium and long term financial planning and monitoring, and facilitate the effective and efficient delivery of business goals with sound financial analysis and advice
Tasks:
- Engagement with Commercial organization in order to understand their needs and requirements
- Close collaboration and coordination with Commercial Unit Finance Business Partners (BP’s) and Regional/Other Reporting teams.
- To run the key reporting processes to ensure timely completion of budget, forecast and actual information requirements, coordinating across the commercial unit, meet agreed group deadlines.
- To develop, implement and provide suitable financial reports to meet the needs of various business partners.
- Preparation & Analysis of Actual and Forecast Sales / GP Templates and Reports
- Function Cost Controlling across Commercial Unit including Budget/Forecast creation
- Preparation of Month Business Reports
- Participation in Month End Close activities
- Maintenance of master data in Sales and Cost Control systems
- Ad hoc reporting as necessary to support the business.
Requirements:
- MSc degree in Economics/Finance/Accounting
- Fluent English knowledge is essential and additional European language is an advantage
- 3-4 years of experience in multinational environment
- Concern for high standards and data accuracy and service mindset
- Ability to effectively work in a cross-functional matrix organization
- Ability to structurally manage fast moving transformation and change agenda
