Full-Time Dutch and English speaker 1st line helpdesk analyst
Your new company:
Our partner, who is a multinational Shared Service Center in Budapest providing IT area, is currently looking for an English plus Dutch speaking Helpdesk analyst with IT orientation.
Your new role:
Provide centralised first level IT advice and support to customers
Be a single point of contact for end users support using all contact mediums
Undertake ad-hoc projects as agreed with the Management team on behalf of the Service Support Centre that may involve site visits, customer meetings or vendor management.
Completion of administrative tasks.
Take ownership of and progress incidents/requests to resolution/completion.
Be able to work under pressure, to work in a team and to support team members
Be able to work in different shifts
What you’ll need to succeed:
Fluent English and Dutch language knowledge
MS Office skills
Professional experience in helpdesk is preferred but not essential
University/College degree is preferred but not essential
Strong problem solving and communication skills
IT oriented, ambitious, dynamic personality
