Full-Time English speaking Customer Care Representative /Order to cash/
Job Description

Tasks:
- Responsible for managing customers’ portfolios;
- In charge of the whole order process from the initial contact with the customer to the correct delivery: delivery time, correct product, equipment and all the paperwork.
- Providing solutions to immediate problems and initiating corrective actions in the event of a service failure;
- Order management: handling routine and non-routine customer order activities; including managing customer demand; following up on samples; complex order entry; utilizing and following work process; business strategy, and best practice to ensure high quality service.
- Strong interface with supply chain on product availability and with carriers to follow up on logistics;
- Provide a professional touch in handling clients through exceptional communication skills.
Requirement(s):
- Bsc or Msc degree;
- Fluent in English;
- At least 0,5-2 years of experience in order to cash/order management or processing/supply chain/customer care / customer service.
- Exceptional communication and strong problem-solving skills;
- Self-starter, customer-oriented approach;
- Good team player, energetic personality;
- Experience and very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Advantage(s):
- Degree in Commerce or Economics or Logistics;
- Working knowledge with SAP;
- Experience in SSC/BSC environment.
