Vodafone Hungary is looking for

Enterprise Director

for its Enterprise Business Unit

Role purpose:

As a member of the Board lead and develop the Enterprise Segment to meet its key targets in line with Vodafone Hungary strategy.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement the Enterprise Customer strategy for Vodafone Hungary.

· Lead the Enterprise Segment business planning and review process. To design and agree the objectives and targets for the Direct Sales team. Ensure that products and services to enterprise customers increase ARPU and achieve customer retention goals.

· Act as customer champion driving passion for customers in everything that we do. Plan and execute the customer experience for the Enterprise Segment.

· Drive business development activities to meet the business objectives of the Enterprise business units through creation of new revenue and business opportunities, supporting the brand (on relevant innovation) and improving customer experience.

· Ensure that all marketing activity is aligned with the Enterprise Segment strategy and optimises the key segment deliverables.

· Develop a culture in the Enterprise Segment where people work together for the benefit of our customers. Improve collaboration and team-working and customer focus in the organisation working with the rest of the leadership team.

· Lead, develop and motivate the Enterprise Segment team of total 150+ FTEs to meet overall segment targets, regularly reviewing performance to ensure plans are on track to deliver key targets. Provide inspirational leadership & coaching for direct reports of app. 10 FTEs.

Requirements:

· University degree (business or IT/Telco specific)

· 10+ years general management experience preferably in major global blue chip organisations with the ability to lead a team involving B2B Sales, Customer Services and Marketing

· Fluent English language knowledge, Hungarian language knowledge is an advantage

· Strategic insight in Telecommunications business, fixed communications and IT solutions

· Experience of leading and delivering commercial strategies and achieving successful commercial growth. Emotional commitment to winning and delivering strong business results

· Strong relationship management and partnering skills. Ability to build successful partnerships for mutual benefit.

· Strong financial management skills with experience of managing significant OPEX and CAPEX expenditure.

· Inspirational leadership skills

· International experience and cross cultural sensitivity
