Job Description
Our Client is a major player of the telecommunication market and currently looking to recruit an Enterprise Senior Product Manager.
| Tasks: |
- To develop and implement product portfolio aligned with the strategy and with the segments’ needs
- Monitor the profitability and penetration performance of the product portfolio
- Define and manage the technical planning and roadmap and track progress of all operative activities
- Define and deliver Enterprise products and propositions which meet customers’ needs, come up with innovative ideas about new products and services and improvement of existing ones. Initiate customer research, if necessary.
- Create product specification, business case and a high level go-to-market plan.
- Supervise and manage the whole product lifecycle management activities
- Report KPIs
- Closely track related activities of the competitors and the industry trends. Trigger actions and respond to the changes in the competitive environment
- Follow quality and user experience of the proposition and drive improvement if necessary
- Phase out unprofitable and end-of-lifecycle products
- Supports the sales team regarding company’s enterprise services (organizes trainings, support in tenders, etc.)
- Align with other organization (particularly in the sales and customer service functions) to ensure that marketing strategies and activities are integrated with other parts of the business units.
- Establish relationships with external 3rd party application providers and vendors
- Establish appropriate and commercially successful relationships between company’s customers & suppliers
- Performs regular customer visits in order to gather feedback regards customer experience, company’s services and customers’ future expectations on services

| Requirements: |
- University or College degree, preferably in Economics or Technology
- PRODUCT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE IN THE IT/TELCO OR BANK, FMCG SECTOR
- Experienced in Project management
- Strong English language skills
- Customer-focused
- Ability to deliver results in time in a highly operative, frequently changing environment
