Full-Time European Category Supply Specialist
Job Description
Job Purpose:
The European Category Supply Specialist will have two main responsibilities;
Take overall product responsibility across all countries (regardless version/derivatives) in order to have an end to end knowledge: from supply chain details to channel distribution and competitors performance. This visibility will allow to identify any inefficiency/opportunity within the processes and the business.
Secondly, the job holder will be the ultimate owner to solve issues upstream, identify and implement activities to enhance efficiency and service delivered. It’s also required to work on projects, liaising with the relevant parts of the organization ensuring smooth end to end process, providing trainings when relevant.
Key Responsiblities and Scope for Decision Making:
Ensure high level regaular availability monitoring for the list of assigned products.
Monitor forecast/sales progress by product/country to detect variances and identify suitable action among the Sales Platform and/or with Supply chain Platform
Monitor promotions/campaign/flyers to have complete information to alert on possible distribution criticalities and identify suitable actions
Monitor stock age evolution supporting FSMCs in with prevention activities jointly whit Supply Chain Platform
Identify optimal reporting and tools to support In Country Category Supply on their activities
