Full-Time European Sales Support Specialist ( French / Italian / Spanish / Portuguese / Catalan / German speakers)

Job Purpose
Sony Europe Limited has founded a central office in Budapest, operating under the name of Sales Support Europe. The goal of this department is to assist the colleagues all over Europe in the following areas:
– Sales order processing
– Pricing, commercial conditions
– Supply planning
– Customer and material master data
– Logistics
– Reporting
– E-tization
Due to the increasing quantity of tasks taken over from the European offices, our organization is constantly growing and looking for new employees to join our young and ambitious team.
Key Responsibilities and Scope for Decision
– Executing defined procedures and processes
– Ensuring delivery of agreed SLA-s (Service Level Agreement)
– Daily communication with in-country colleagues
– Working in specific programs, e.g. SAP, Excel, Sony developed systems
– Participating in the harmonisation project
– Taking over new tasks from in-country and platform colleagues
– Creating regular reports to support the business
– Track performance using KPI statistics (Key Performance Indicator)
– Co-operation with other departments, e.g. Sales, Marketing, Finance.
Qualifications & Experience
– Min. BA University Degree
– At least 2 years relevant work experience
– Fluent in English
– Optional: German / French / Italian / Spanish / Portugese / Catalan
– Service focus to maximize customer satisfaction
– Analytical skills with ability to learn complex systems
– Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
– Ability to work on multiple tasks and to set priorities
– Ability to adapt to multicultural environment
– Other competences: dynamic, flexible, proactive, reliable and responsible, eager to learn, teamplayer, keeps deadlines.
