Full-Time EVENT OPERATIONS ASSISTANT
Job Description

Your tasks will be:
- Managing all operational aspects of the events
- Negotiating with hotels and coordinating orders
- Liaising with clients to attend to their needs at the event
- Event set-up
- Managing all details for events including analysis and logistics
- Keeping in touch with suppliers
What we require:
- Previous relevant work experience is essential, preferably in a similar position
- Fluent business level English and Hungarian, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to establish productive relationships with people at all levels
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Decisive and proactive personality
- Willingness to travel abroad occasionally
