Full-Time Executive: Customer Support

Job Description

The MedCrave Group is an online open-access network that features over 100 specialized and interdisciplinary journals, with subjects ranging from science, technology, and medicine to language and the arts. All journals listed are available to read without access fees or a subscription from the reader´s side.

Currently, we are recruiting the Customer Support Manager for our Budapest office.

Applicant profile:

BS/BA degree or equivalent.

Applicants with up to 2 years of experience in customer support or service team are preferred.

Able to communicate fluent American English and other foreign languages are preferable.

Should be target oriented.

Excellent knowledge of MS Office.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.

Patience for dealing with confused or irate customers/authors.

Work responsibilities:

Managing inbound and outbound calls by giving the appropriate information.

Generating Leads from the outbound calls.

Providing timely feedback to company management regarding challenges or customer concerns.
Achieving given targets.
