Full-Time Finance Specialist/Assistant
Job Description
Our company is focused on technology industry. Currently we are looking for a new staff member to work with us in Budapest for the following position:
Finance specialist/assistant
to support our team and cooperate with the external accountants in all finance related areas, to take part in cash management, to prepare basic financial reports and to provide pro-active, accurate and timely actions related to the role.
KEY Responsibilities
- Responsible for data flow between the company and the external accountancy service providers
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial procedures
- Provide support to operational staff in financial matters
- Register outgoing, incoming invoices and cost claims
- Collect, check and process documentation required to support financial processes
- Manage bank transfers
- Maintain regular contact with customers to follow-up on overdue invoices, payment commitments
- Provide weekly, monthly reports for management on the required financial information
