Full-Time FINANCE TRANSFORMATION PROCESS SPECIALIST
Job Description
Our global partner operating in the insurance industry is looking to hire a Finance Transformation Specialist in their expanding Finance team in Budapest.
As a Finance Transformation Process Specialist you will be responsible for the maintenance of the organization design materials and for the creation of work plans to achieve a high level of performance of the Finance Transformation program. You will have to monitor and report status of the processes to the management and the finance leads in addition have to identify and manage different dependencies across the program. The position requires at approximately 50% travel of your time through Europe.
Our partner requires applicants for the Finance Transformation Process Specialist role with at least BA degree and experience in program management in Finance function / Insurance industry / Big 4 company. The ideal candidate for the role is excellent excel, MS Project and Portfolio management tool skills besides able to cooperate with colleagues at any levels. Fluency in English and flexible time management skills as the role requires 50% of travel.
