Full-Time Financial Operations Associate – Real Estate – Spanish speaking
Job Description
The main activity of the Rental Accounting Analyst is to perform tasks related to contract management and registration, supplier and customer invoice management, payment validation, query handling via e-mail and phone and reporting activities.
What you will do:
- Control contract data based on legal/formal requirements, upload contract data and calculate rates according to contract terms for all contract types (new contract, renegotiation, extension, closure, etc.)
- Register contract to Tax authority
- Validate and post incoming invoices according to contract
- Calculate and release for payment the inflation related differences based on contract terms
- Validate and post incoming invoices according to contract, reject supplier invoices in case of legal/formal requirements are not met
- Extract list of due payments and validate them based on contract
- Process external and internal queries via e-mail and phone
- Prepare regular reports, send reports and analysis to local market
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Spanish is a must (both written and verbal)
- University/College degree or equivalent qualification
- Strong Ms Office skills
- Effective communication skills and exceptional customer service attitude
- Capability to work under pressure
