Full-Time French IT Support Specialist

Job Description

We have a number of opportunities available working for a global leader who is providing integrated technology and operations-based solutions we are looking for (near) native French speakers with at least 1 year of experience in technical helpdesk support. You also need to have good English language skills.

As an IT Support Specialist you will be responsible for responding to requests for technical assistance; installing software and updating hardware; diagnosing and resolving technical hardware and software issues; researching queries using available resources; advising users/companies (B2B) on appropriate actions; following standard helpdesk procedures and re-directing problems to the appropriate resource

Our client is looking for experienced candidates and because of this the reward is based on your experience. They are offering a permanent contract. With the minimum of 1 year of experience the salaries start at 2.5 million HUF annually and this goes up significantly to 4 million HUF for 2 years’ experience but more the better as 6 – 7 million is also possible.

 

Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate has good IT soft skills and fine knowledge about technical helpdesk support and minimum 1-4 years
  • (Near) native French  and good English language skills
  • Open to a 24×7 work environment
  • Experience with Extended PC Support, with good knowledge of desktop PC components
  • Good Hands on knowledge on Hardware’s
  • Good knowledge on software installation
  • Knowledge Operating System Support, MS Office, Linux and windows
  • Excellent Communication Skills – Written & Verbal
  • Team Player and Good Interpersonal Skills
  • Self-motivated individual with experience in voice based projects providing Helpdesk Support (IT)
  • The candidate should have an exposure to both call handling and Incident Management
  • The ideal candidate should have exposure to B2B interaction and support
  • The ideal candidate should have very good knowledge of technical helpdesk support functions

    An training engineer, I am also holds a Professional Masters in Computer Security at the Academy of Versailles (France) «University of Evry Val d’ Essonne «specialty “computer methods applied to business management.”

    With over 4 years of experience in the midst of technicals on the international level ( Morocco , France , Switzerland) in the field of IT infrastructure , information systems , implementation of processes, project management and management.
