FRENCH or GERMAN or ITALIAN or SLOVAK IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST , Budapest, Hungary

Tasks:

• Answer incoming calls and e-mails referring to technological questions
• Helping customers with information about products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems
• Administration – Document all customer related activities

Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• Fluency in English and French or German
• Flexibility to work in shifts
• Good knowledge of IT or technological items
• Customer focused manner
• Excellent communication both oral and written
