As a French Speaking Business Administration Specialist you will be responsible for preparing contracts and documents as well as answering emails and phones. You will also have to communicate regularly with French speaking clients and customers. In your daily work you will use MS Office tools and/or different types of ERP systems. In this exciting role you will be the first point of contact for special partners so you will be expected to act proactively and support other departments’ work, too.
You are an ideal candidate for this role if you speak fluent French and English. Experience in a business environment or in a Shared Service Centre is an advantage but fresh graduates are also welcome especially with finance or economics degree. Knowledge of MS Office programs is a plus. We are looking for candidates who have strong problem solving skills, are eager to communicate with people and are highly customer oriented.
