– Managing client portfolio by handling and collecting debts effectively.
– Maintaining credit lines and requesting payments for new and existing customers.
– Managing the relationship with customers and partners.
– Credit analysis and review.
– Helping in updating the process documentations, following-up and recording changes, which contribute to recognize the opportunities of improving processes.
Candidate Profile
– Min. high school education (University or College degree are an advantage),
– Advanced knowledge of French and at least intermediate English (verbal, written),
– Customer service experience, preferably in a customer facing, front line environment (experience in Shared Service environment is an advantage),
– Excellent written and oral communication skills,
– Outstanding customer orientation and problem solving skills,
– Collaborative approach,
– Ability to prioritize in a faced paced environment,
– Ability to take initiative,
– Logical and proactive thinking,
– Experience in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel with confidence.
