French Speaking Customer Service Agent job is open at our multinational partner who has a continuously growing shared service center in Budapest downtown and looking for energetic and talented people.

The responsibilities of the French Speaking Customer Service Agent are keeping the contact with the customers and with the partners of the company via phone and email. As a Customer Service Agent you will provide a word class customer service, manage customer claims and effectively resolve the appearing problems. Beside these responsibilities you also will have administrative tasks, such as managing the customer’s account, register and manage all the changes in SAP.
The ideal candidate has university or college degree, speaks fluent English and French, has good communication skills, is customer-focused and has problem solving skills. One year experience in a similar role is a great advantage, but freshly graduated candidates are also encouraged to apply.
