Full-Time FRENCH Speaking Customer Service Representative
Job Description
Do you speak French AND English on a high level? Would you like to join to a fast growing multinational team? Would you like to face new challenges and improve your communication skills? Tasks:
- Receive customers’ calls from French speaking countries
- Provide technical support over the telephone and via e-mail to clients
- Take part in trainings
- Manage regular and ad-hoc reports and other administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Very good knowledge of English AND French knowledge (knowing BOTH languages is very important)
- Great communication and problem solving skills
- Strong computer knowledge: NO high level IT expertise necessary to fill the position, strong user level computer literacy is sufficient
- Knowledge of current Windows operating systems
- Client-oriented view
- Stress-tolerance
