Full-Time French speaking Customer Service Representative /Order to cash/

Job Description

Main tasks:
• Responsible for managing customers’ portfolios;
• In charge of the whole order process from the initial contact with the customer to the correct delivery: delivery time, correct product, equipment and all the paperwork.
• Providing solutions to immediate problems and initiating corrective actions in the event of a service failure;
• Order management: handling routine and non-routine customer order activities; including managing customer demand; following up on samples; complex order entry; utilizing and following work process; business strategy, and best practice to ensure high quality service.
• Strong interface with supply chain on product availability and with carriers to follow up on logistics;
• Provide a professional touch in handling clients through exceptional communication skills.
• Bsc or Msc degree;
• Fluent in French and English;
• At least 1-2 years of experience in order to cash/order management or processing/supply chain/customer care;
• Exceptional communication and strong problem-solving skills;
• Self-starter, customer-oriented approach;
• Good team player, energetic personality;
• Experience and very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Advantages:
• Degree in Commerce or Economics or Logistics;
• Working knowledge with SAP;
• Experience in SSC/BSC environment.
