The role

Report to Operations Director
Liaise with the clients in French
Help to organize each event in London, Amsterdam, Paris
Preparing event documentations
Keeping in touch with sponsors
Secure feedback, testimonials and case study material for promotional activity
Meet targets and ensure that sponsors’ requirements are met
Organize efficient and effective registration of delegates and ‘on the day’ bookings
Reporting on delegate/ sponsor satisfaction ratings
Pre- event and onsite communication with delegates/ sponsors
Managing registration software

To be successful in this role you should be

Hard working, tenacious, ambitious and entrepreneurial
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, organizational, and written communication skills in French and English
Genuine interest in travelling, events and networking
Ability to work autonomously and also prove to be a valuable team-player
Jack of all trades is a useful trait that will help you enjoy our start-up culture and ever evolving business
