Job Description

Key Responsibilities/Outcomes:

  • Provide technical help to our customers via phone and e-mail
  • Register and follow up incoming calls and e-mails
  • Handle coordination of more complex cases

Key Qualifications:

  • Close to native in French
  • Good at English
  • Good communication and problem solving skills
  • At least user level computer literacy, troubleshooting experience is an advantage
  • Full or part time possibilities
  • Working hours between 6.00 am and 8.00 pm from Monday till Friday (8,5 or 6 or 4 hours/day)
