Full-Time French speaking Service Desk Agents
Job Description
Key Responsibilities/Outcomes:
- Provide technical help to our customers via phone and e-mail
- Register and follow up incoming calls and e-mails
- Handle coordination of more complex cases
Key Qualifications:
- Close to native in French
- Good at English
- Good communication and problem solving skills
- At least user level computer literacy, troubleshooting experience is an advantage
- Full or part time possibilities
- Working hours between 6.00 am and 8.00 pm from Monday till Friday (8,5 or 6 or 4 hours/day)
