French/Spanish/German/Russian Speaker Customer Support Specialist
Would you like to become part of the growing team of a dynamic multinational company in Budapest? Our client operating int he hotel industry is looking French/Spanish/German/Russian and English speaker colleagues to their Budapest Office to support their customers.
Your daily tasks would be:
– Provide world class service via phone and e-mail to customers before, during and after their travels
– Help with reservations, giving information
– Resolve the appearing problems
– Manage customer claims
– Running the database of the customers and clients
– Provide training and mentoring to other members of the organization as requested
– Work closely with the colleagues in order to achieve highest customer satisfaction
In order to fulfil the position you are required to have:
– Some previous experience in a Customer Service / Front Desk/ Hotel Industry –related role or University/ College Degree in Tourism/Hotel Management
-Fluent knowledge in English plus French OR Spanish OR German OR Russian language
-Customer-oriented attitude
– Excellent written and oral communicational skills
– Confident user of computer (Microsoft Office)
– Attention to details
– Able to work independently
