Full Time Front Of House Host / Receptionist
Main responsibilities
Breakfast |Reception | Concierge duties:
- Welcoming and registering guests (check-in & check-out)
- Ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the hotel
- Front of house management
- Reception team assistance (room invoicing)
- Managing stock deliveries (office, kitchen and bar)
- Providing concierge services for guests
Skills required
- Positive, friendly, can-do attitude
- Fluent in English + Hungarian (oral and written)
- Relevant experience in customer service and/or hospitality field
- Excellent face-to-face & telephone communication + problem solving skills
- Detail and profit oriented, resourceful, business focused
- Hardworking,willing to improve
- Fresh graduates in the field of Tourism and Hotel management can also apply
