A General Ledger Accountant job is now open at our multinational partner who operates in the IT sector. This prestigious company currently employs more than 5000 experts worldwide and is in the need of professionals to join their brand new Shared Service Centre in Budapest.
As a General Ledger Accountant your overall job will be to ensure that all expenses and costs are properly booked, on timely, precisely and by keeping all corporate and local legislation, for the countries in the EMEA region. Your main tasks will include to ensure that US GAAP and local statutory General Ledgers are maintained. In the role of General Ledger Accountant you will ensure that monthly, quarterly and year end closings are in accordance with the corporate accounting policies and US GAAP, cost centres maintained, profit centre reporting are done, monthly accruals and adjustments booked and all balance sheet accounts are reconciled. Further more include maintain documentation in accordance with legal requirements.
