Our partner is looking for
GENERAL LEDGER ACCOUNTANTS
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that US GAAP and local statutory General Ledgers are maintained
- Ensure that monthly, quarterly and year end closings are in accordance with the corporate accounting policies and US GAAP, cost centers maintained, profit center reporting are done, monthly accruals and adjustments booked and all balance sheet accounts are reconciled
- Ensure that expenses, costs, accruals are booked against the appropriate cost centers
- Prepare analytics for markets
- Work with other Finance Teams on monthly reporting
- Assist in information for statutory accounting
- Maintain documentation in accordance with legal requirements
- Support local market entities on reporting
Requirements:
- Degree in Finance / Economics
- 3+ years of working experience in the field of Accounting
- US GAAP experience
- Fluency in English AND in one of these languages:
Italian / Dutch / French / German / Czech/ Slovak
- Knowledge of SAP
- Knowledge of accounting standards, strong accounting skills
- SSC experience a plus
- Precise, reliable and accurate working style
- Excellent analytical skills
