Full-Time German Customer Care Representative
Job Description
For a leading multinational we are currently looking for Customer Care Representatives with ideally native German language skills to work in Budapest, Hungary.
Responsibilities:
– Managing the relationship with a portfolio of customers and partners
– Complaint and question handling received from customers on phone and in writing
– Precise administration, continuously update the ‘performance measure’ chart and responsible for the accuracy of its data
– Helping in updating the process documentations, follow-up and record changes, which contributes to recognize the opportunities of improving processes

Have at least high school education (University or College degree are an advantage)
Speak German native or fluently and English at least at intermediate level (verbal, written)
Have experience in Shared Service environment is an advantage
