Full-Time German or Italian AND English speaking IT helpdesk specialist
Job Description
We are looking for candidates to our multinational partner, based in Budapest, Hungary
Responsibilities:
. IT Helpdesk – handling issues and problems via phone and email in foreign languages
. Dealing with IT problems and recording them
. Reporting and escalating more complex issues to 2nd level team
. Working in one or two shifts (depending on the position)
Requirements:
. Fluent English
. Fluent in German or Italian
. IT degree OR equvivalent IT related work experience in the last 0,5-2 years
. Excellent team player
. Client oriented attitude
. Good knowledge of MS Office, Windows XP, Windows 7, etc.
. Precise and able to handle monotonity

Hi there!
I’m interested if the company offers 2nd level team positions as well.
I want to switch to 2nd lvl support but there are no positions at the company. I’m Germany and can join as German and English speaking Agent.
I know some Hungarian but not yet enough to use it in daily tasks.
What are the salary expectations? 1st level and 2nd level
