Full-Time German speaking Client Support Analyst
Job Description
TASKS:
- Answer incoming contacts (phone, e-mail, chat) on technical related cases
- Resolve customer’s IT related issues
- Manage the end-to-end process providing regular update to customers
- Administer all cases in the given systems
REQUIREMENTS:
- German language on B2 level + English on B2 level
- Other European languages on B2 level also in scope
- Good communication skills (verbal, written)
- Customer oriented attitude
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Interest in technical and IT related fields
