Part-Time German speaking service desk agent in part time (4-6 hours/week)
Job Description
Our multinational client is a prestigious company with worldwide presence, for which we are looking for service desk agents with German + English language knowledge to their Budapest-based business service center in part time (4-6 hours a week).
Your task is going to be:
– Helping your customers with solving their IT-related problems
– Handling incoming requests in German
– Administration of the cases
– Analyses of problems to provide process improvement
To get the job you need to:
– Have fluent German skills
– Speak upper intermediate level of English
– Min. 1 year similar work experience
– Have a supportive, helpful atttitude
– Have an eager to learn
