Full-Time GERMAN Speaking Customer Service Representative
Job Description
- Receive customers’ calls from German speaking countries
- Provide technical support over the telephone and via e-mail to clients
- Take part in trainings
- Manage regular and ad-hoc reports and other administrative tasks
- Very good knowledge of English AND German knowledge (knowing BOTH languages is very important)
- Great communication and problem solving skills
- Strong computer knowledge: NO high level IT expertise necessary to fill the position, strong user level computer literacy is sufficient
- Knowledge of current Windows operating systems
- Client-oriented view
