Tasks:

• Receive customers’ calls from German speaking countries
• Provide technical support over the telephone and via e-mail to clients 
• Take part in trainings
• Manage regular and ad-hoc reports and other administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Very good knowledge of English AND German knowledge (knowing BOTH languages is very important)
• Great communication and problem solving skills
• Strong computer knowledge: NO high level IT expertise necessary to fill the position, strong user level computer literacy is sufficient
• Knowledge of current Windows operating systems
• Client-oriented view
• Stress-tolerance
