Full-Time German Speaking Inside Sales Specialist
Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for managing a list of named accounts (approx. 50-60 at a time)
• Responsible for identifying appropriate contacts within those accounts utilizing available tools and resources (Salesforace.com, Google, Data.com, LinkedIn, etc…)
• Responsible for making initial contact – establishing and developing the relationship for GE
• Responsible for setting appointments & keeping all interactions up-to-date in GE CRM system
• Responsible for managing a set of opportunities and selling solutions to existing customers (up-selling)
• This role is responsible for continuous nurturing of accounts to identify future potential and to provide the necessary coordination between the Account and GE sales teams to schedule appointments/meetings.
• This position is an integral part of the Outside Sales Team and will be assigned to a specific sales team for day-to-day direction & engagement.
• Provide feedback to marketing on effectiveness of the value propositions and messaging to drive continuous improvement & perfecting the “the message” to the market/target audience.
Requirements:
• Advanced level of German and English skills
• Inside Sales experience with order closure ownership (quota) and opportunity/pipeline management
• College Degree or equivalent
• Proficiency in MS-Office applications (Word, Excel)
• Experience with Databases and/or Customer Relationship Management Systems (as a user)
• Outstanding telephone etiquette & communication skills
• Comfortable with talking to customers (external & internal)
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask & manage high volumes of activity & demonstrate measurable results
