Full-Time German speaking Order Desk Agent
Job Description
A German speaking Order Desk Agent position is now open at our multinational partner who operates in downtown Budapest.
As an Order Desk Agent you will be the first point of contact for internal and external customers. Your daily task will be to process order requests and general inquiries submitted via e-mail, phone, fax or web. Your key task will be to provide commercial support and coordinate delivery and billing. You will communicate in German and English on a daily basis, and build effective relationship with customers. The company offers a great opportunity to work in a friendly team and in a peaceful environment.
The ideal candidate for the German speaking Order Desk Agent position is:
- Fluent in German and English both in written and spoken (will be tested)
- Has minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service environment
- Open for new ideas and the continuous change of the business
- Posesses an EU citizenship and willing to relocate to Budapest
