Position Summary/Responsibilities
German Speaking Service Desk Agent
Role Purpose:
Provide technical support over the phone, via web, via chat, via e-mail or various interactive platforms to external, corporate end users calling with IT-infrastructure problems. Validate and coordinate a variety of Service Requests from the customer end user related to their hardware and software use.
What you will do:
- Provide technical help to our customers via phone and e-mail
- Register and follow up incoming calls and e-mails
- Handle coordination of more complex cases
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Close to native in German, fluency in English
- Good communication and problem solving skills
- At least user level computer literacy, troubleshooting experience is an advantage
- At least high school degree
- Working hours between 6.00 am and 8.00 pm (full time and part time opportunities, night shift possibilities) – full time and part time opportunity
