German speaking IT support specialist

German Speaking IT Support Specialist position is open at our prestigious multinational partner, who operates a Shared Service Center in Budapest.  The company offers a very professional working environment for their new collegues and competitve salary.

As a German Speaking IT Support Specialist  your main task is to provide IT support on first level to customers via e-mail or phone. You also have to escalate issues and do administrative tasks.

To fill this position you must be able to speak English and German fluently, and have excellent communication and problem solving skills as well.
