Job Description
Custom Tours is seeking help in handling our incoming sales enquiries (phone+email) from customers from Germany, Austria & Switzerland. You will be providing customer service and selling Party Holidays our two brands “Pissup” and “Chamica”.
Main Responsibilities
- Advice, Inspire and guide potential clients in the process of organizing a holiday with their best buddies
- At the same time selling our travel related services and products
- Organizing the reservations of sold services with our suppliers.

Custom Tours is a swiss-based travel agency with focus on outbound party-tourism to European Capitals. We are mainly known in Germany for our Pissup Reisen brand, but have been selling various leisure tours to Brits, Frenchmen, Spaniards, Germans, Swiss, Austrians, Danes, Swedes and Norwegians since 2001. We are growing at a very quick pace and building a Budapest based to handle that.
Job Requirements
- You must speak and write German on a native level
- You must speak and write English on a adept level, as that is how we communicate internally
- You must have sales or customer service experience
- Be organized, trustworthy and have good self-discipline
- Be willing to work hard when necessary but always have a positive attitude
It would be an advantage
- if you have travel industry experience
- if you speak/write any other of the above languages fluently

- A good salary based on a fair guaranteed salary and a sales bonus based on qualifications. Expect to earn approximately € 1700 / month before taxes
