Our customer is a global provider of IT consulting and business process outsourcing. They are looking for Italian speaker Helpdesk Analysts with at least 5 months experience in similar work environment in IT support in a Contact center or a Shared Service Center.

Job Description details
The Helpdesk Analyst takes care of IT users via telephone, resolves IT telephony / IT infrastructure problems and monitors the incoming problems until they have been solved.
Requirements
- Good computer knowledge
- min. 5 months of experience in desktop support
- Knowledge of current Windows operating systems
- Fluency in the following languages: English + Italian
- Willingness to work in a 7×24 shifts
- Good communication skills and customer focus
- Team player attitude
Technical Skills & Specialisation
- Exchange (Outlook)/Lotus Notes Environment
- Ticketing Tools like Remedy, Siebel, Clarify, CA helpdesk, VNC, ControlF1, Dame Ware, Net meeting, Microsoft Share point etc
- Concepts and basic knowledge on Internet, MS Exchange
- Password reset tools for Domain & other applications
- Knowledge on Networking & Security systems like Firewall, Routers etc
- Handling High Severity Cases
