Full-Time HR MANAGER
Job Description
HR Manager position is open at our multinational client who is operating a Shared Service Centre supporting more than 20 countries from Budapest.
The responsibilities of the HR Manager:
– Planning and implementing the HR strategy for the Shared Service Centre
– Tracking/updating HR policies and regulations
– Initiating organizational development programs on the demand of projects
– Ensuring that the operations are fully compliant with the local regulations and the Hungarian Labour Code in all aspects
– Leading the recruitment process, ensure that the staffing needs are fulfilled according to the strict deadlines
– Driving and actively contribute to internal communication
– Monitoring the internal performance management system and carry out the resolutions for technical issues
– Providing data and create reports on related topics in line with the requirements
To be considered as an ideal candidate you are required to have University or College degree with 3-5 years of experience in the field of HR as an HR Manager within the Shared Service preferably Outsourcing environment. You are also required to have good communication, outstanding problem solving skills along with people focused attitude. The candidate has to speak English and Hungarian languages fluently.
