Full-Time HR Manager
Job Description
Gameloft is looking for an HR Manager, who will be in charge of all the HR activities and hirings for the new studio in Budapest.
The Human Resource Manager will provide the full spectrum of HR services from employee recruitment, employee relations, staffing, performance management, compensation & benefits administration, labor legislation.
- – Responsible for recruiting and staffing logistics
- – Interview job applicants; review application/resume; evaluate applicant skills and make recommendations regarding applicant’s qualifications.
- – Develop and maintain relationship with employment agencies, universities, and other recruitment sources
- – Employee relations; compensation and benefits administration; employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health; and employee services and counseling.
- – Design and conduct new employee orientations.
- – Administer and explain benefits to employees, serve as liaison between employees and insurance carriers.
- – Recommend, develop, and schedule training and development courses.
- – Conduct orientation sessions for new employees to explain personnel policies, compensation, and benefit programs.
- – Maintain employee files and records, assures completeness of files.
- – Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
- – 4+ years of progressive HR experience, recruitment experience is a must, most recently in the IT/Gaming field prefered
- – Ability to multi-task and function efficiently in a busy department
- – Excellent communications and organizational skills
- – Attention to detail
- – A true team-player attitude and a strong work ethic
- – Fluent in english
- – Computer proficiency with Word and Excel
